Use of our work
Material published on LegendInSpire is provided for personal reading, listening and enjoyment.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, adapt, translate, perform, broadcast, transmit, scrape, systematically download, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit copyright material published on this website.
You may not remove or obscure copyright notices, author credits, artist credits, performer credits or other rights information accompanying a work.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as granting any licence or transfer of intellectual property rights except where such permission is expressly stated.
Sharing and linking
You are welcome to link to publicly accessible pages on LegendInSpire and to share those links with others.
Brief quotations from our published material may be used where permitted by applicable copyright law, provided that the quotation is genuinely appropriate to its purpose and the author and LegendInSpire are properly credited where reasonably practicable.
Permission to link to a work does not constitute permission to copy, republish or host that work elsewhere.
Fiction, characters and story worlds
Original fictional characters, settings, terminology, story worlds, narrative material and associated creative elements appearing on LegendInSpire may form part of larger unpublished or commercially developed works.
Publication on this website does not place those works in the public domain and does not waive any rights in them.
No permission is granted to create, publish, distribute or commercially exploit adaptations, continuations, derivative stories, character-based works, audio productions, dramatic works or other derivative material based upon protected LegendInSpire content except with the prior permission of the relevant rights holder.
Audio and performances
Copyright and performers’ rights may exist separately in scripts, compositions, sound recordings and individual performances.
The availability of an audio work through LegendInSpire does not grant permission to reproduce, sample, redistribute, rebroadcast, modify or incorporate the recording or performance into another work.
Where a production includes the work of multiple contributors, each contributor retains any rights belonging to them unless those rights have been assigned or licensed under a separate agreement.
Artwork and images
Original illustrations, character artwork, photography, graphics and other visual material may not be copied, republished, modified, redistributed, used as source material for another publication or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.
Some images, typefaces, graphical assets or other material may be used under licence or with permission from third parties. Copyright in such material remains with its respective owner, and its appearance on LegendInSpire does not grant any further licence to users of this website.
Automated collection and machine use
Except where required or permitted by applicable law, no permission is granted for the systematic extraction, harvesting or collection of substantial amounts of original LegendInSpire content for the purpose of constructing datasets, content libraries or comparable collections.
No licence is granted merely by making material publicly accessible on this website.
Third-party rights
LegendInSpire respects the intellectual property rights of authors, artists, performers and other creators.
Where material belonging to a third party is reproduced under licence, permission or another lawful basis, ownership remains with that third party unless expressly stated otherwise.
References to third-party names, works, products or services do not imply ownership of those rights by LegendInSpire.

Please identify the work concerned, the material you wish to use, how you intend to use it, and whether the proposed use is commercial.
